Injuryleads.co Focuses On Helping Attorneys Get More Clients Through Lead Generation

Like many at the beginning of the global COVID shutdown, Andy’s marketing agency took a big hit in sales, losing most of his clients. Instead of giving up, he re-strategized changing the industry he specialized in, after all, when would we not need lawyers? In under 3 months, he already scaled his agency to 6-figures revenue per month working with law firms nationwide.

How did you make a name for yourself in the industry?

Andy Jang made a name for himself by reverse-engineering what the best players in the digital marketing space did to yield results for top-tier clients then scaled it. “I’m obsessed with providing the best level of service and generating results so that clients need your service vs. want your service.”

What obstacles did you face?

Starting fresh in a new industry undoubtedly had a learning curve to it. “Potential clients initially were uncertain of my abilities because I wasn’t well known in the industry yet, it made it difficult to gain the trust of my first few applicants, especially during a time where financial uncertainty was common and many were pulling their money out of their marketing budgets,” Andy said. “I had to come up with an irresistible offer, provided great service, and most importantly, deliver amazing results. Getting shut down by ad platforms was common place and seen as a right of passage.”

How did you overcome these obstacles?

With that being said, scaling the company to the level Andy is currently at took resilence and steadfast commitment to perfecting his craft. He didn’t give up, investing a lot of money and time into every client ensuring sure their results were optimal no matter the cost to him. In the beginning, Andy invested a lot of his own money into advertising for clients to gain their trust. 95% of his free time he used to close new deals with firms to work with expanding the agency further. When Andy wasn’t sleeping, he found himself cold-calling and sending messages to potential clients. Quickly he found the best way for an agency to scale was to become laser-focused on the activities that led to getting results.

Besides that, as mentioned earlier, ad platforms are strict and will shut down their users without warning at will. It taught him to never rely on just one method to get results for clients.

What makes you different within your industry?

“I stay focused on what I’m able to provide and deliver. Most people focus on churning & burning clients with mediocre results. I focus on delivering a higher level of service with a higher price so that clients get the results that matter (like more clients & cases).”
